The company is primarily engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of sponge products. It possesses advanced production lines including foam machines, PU injection molding machines, and computer numerical control cutting machines, enabling it to quickly and stably produce sponges with different densities and textures according to customer needs. Over the past decade, the company has greatly enriched its product categories, including TDI slow-recovery/high-resilience sponges, MDI system slow-recovery sponges (with a minimum density of 28), British/American standard fire-resistant sponges, anti-mite and antibacterial sponges, zero-pressure memory sponges, as well as some specialty sponges, fully meeting the market demands of different regions worldwide and gaining recognition from customers. Over the past decade, the company has obtained more than 30 patents, and its sponges have passed OEKO certification, BS5882/BS7177 British standard fire-resistant testing, EU EUREACH testing, and anti-bacterial testing for more than five consecutive years. The company has also established its own laboratory for conducting various routine tests on sponges. The company has passed Sedex/BSCI human rights factory inspections and BV/Amazon quality factory inspections.
